Roman has more than 20 years of experience in various roles, all contributing to his expertise in business strategy, digital innovation and venture building. To further support industries in mastering the digital transformation, Roman worked at Spielfeld in Berlin, a digital innovation hub created by Roland Berger and VISA. He also worked in product development at Ford Motor Company and Robert Bosch in the U.S., Germany, Austria, Brazil, China, Turkey and India. Roman also volunteers his time for non-profit and diversity projects in education in Detroit, U.S. and Cape Town, South Africa.
